Today was an early start to get to the BBC Radio Leeds studios for 07:20. I had to miss my early morning run today, which may have been a blessing in diguise as it was minus 7.5 degrees.
As soon as I arrived in Leeds I was in search of a MacDonalds to get some porridge to warm me up and give me some low G.I. to see me through the morning.
On arrival I was greeted and shown upstair where I was made welcome and given a nice hot black coffee whilst I waited for my time slot.
Here is what happened next - but don't blink it was all over in less than 5 minutes.
