As you know I am a charity runner, and I've run over 5,500 charity miles in just over 4 years for Cancer Research UK. Donations have been poor this last year so I have decided to step up my game and ask you to support me with whatever you can afford.
September 4th I am taking part in an event called THE (Yorkshire) SPARTAN http://www.spartanrace.com which is going to be held at the miliatry base in Ripon North Yorkshire.
It's going to be a MUD, BLOOD AND GUTS. Plus Fire, barbed wire, water and heights.
Can I please ask you to help me raise £2,000 for Cancer Research UK for this event?
I have already raised £34,000 (including the gift aid) but my target of £50,000 just needs a little push.

If you have a business, for £500 I will wear a shirt with LOGO on the back and front for publicity and make sure you get lots of photos for your website and social media exposure.
